职位描述：
1. 创建和跟踪采购订单，协调交货问题，确保按时交货。
Create and follow up purchase order, coordinate delivery issue to insure
delivery on time.
2. 确保与客户需求数据相关的主数据的质量。
Ensure quality of master data related to Customer Requirement Data.
3. 创建、收集和分析销售预测
Create, Collect, and analyze the Sales forecasts.
4. 向供应商提供3个月的滚动预测，并根据实际订单修改预测，以便供应商制定良好的采购和生产计划，以满足采购订单的要求.
Provide 3 month rolling forecast to suppliers and modify forecast base on the
real orders, so supplier make a good purchase and production plan to meet
purchase order request.
5. 制定库存策略，优化库存参数，确保库存水平良好。
Establish stock strategy and optimize parameter to make sure a good stock
level.
6. 制定新产品的初始库存计划，确保旧产品的库存控制。
Establish initial stock plan for new products, and make sure old products
inventory controlled.
7. 良好的沟通技巧，并领导跨职能供应链的改进项目
Good communication skills, and lead improvement project for the
Cross-Function supply chain.

岗位要求：
1. 在供应链管理方面具有潜力，能够解决从上游到下游的端到端问题，包括物料计划-供应计划-生产计划。
Show great potential in supply chain management, able to solve end-to-end
issue, from upstream to downstream, including material planning—supply
planning—production planning.
2. 本科及以上学历，物流相关专业，或扎实的供应链规划工作经验，性格自信外向。
Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics, or solid working experience in
supply chain planning(critical); Confident and outgoing personality.
3. 掌握客户需求与原材料之间的逻辑关系，具备CRD修正能力。
Master the logic between the customer demand and raw materials, and have the
ability of correction CRD.
4. 对外贸业务有一定的了解。
Knowledge about foreign trade.
5. 英语听、说、读、写流利。
Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
6. 良好的学习能力，熟悉SAP或ERP系统，具有数字化意识，如Tableau, VBA, Python等，能够运用数字化工具解决工作问题。
Good learning ability, familiar with SAP or ERP system, have digitization
sense, Tableau, VBA, Python, etc., be able to solve work problems by
digitization tools.

2024届毕业生或2025届可实习者优先。
